The Role:

Amega Group is a growing fintech company seeking to hire an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This highly collaborative position will see you working in a compact and versatile team where the variety of challenges and opportunities to apply or develop your skills is significant.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage affiliate relationships, acquire new affiliates, optimize affiliate programs, and handle media buying activities, having direct influence on driving traffic, increasing sales, and maximizing ROI.

Main Responsibilities:

Affiliate Management:

• Set the professional standard for deliverables, behaviors and outcomes
• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure maximum ROI
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials, campaign guidelines, and performance feedback
• Handle affiliate program inquiries, support issues, and disputes

Media Buying: 

• Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across various platforms Negotiate and purchase advertising across different media channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives
• Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for media buying

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and report on affiliate and media buying campaign performance metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Generate regular reports for senior management on affiliate and media buying activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role
• Proven experience in the forex industry
• Fluency in Russian is required
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
