Client Relations Specialist | Remote
Amega Group is seeking to hire a Client Relations Specialist, providing administrative assistance and operational support for client services. This remote position is focused on helping maintain smooth internal processes and ensuring client data is handled efficiently.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Support account setup processes through data entry and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate client records and generate operational reports
Assist teams in managing non-regulatory client support activities
Help identify and escalate technical or process issues internally
Requirements:
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with CRM or client support software is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently in a home-office setting
